The minimum stay may vary depending on the accommodation and/or season (see the detailed description of each accommodation).


Prices are always in EUROS (€) and may vary depending on the time of year, special events and depending on each of the apartments. Therefore, reserves the right to change them, automatically updating them on the website.


Our automatic system for calculating availability and prices will allow you to choose the apartment you are interested in, and immediately reserve it online.
Initial payment: to reserve the apartment online, select it and include the requested information. In this first step, of reserving the chosen apartment, a first online payment will be made by credit card, which represents 30% of the total amount. In the event that the credit card provided is not valid and said charge is not possible by, a member of our team will contact you at the contact telephone number or email address you have provided. In case of not carrying out the change of the card number or if it is not possible to contact you through the contact information provided, the reservation would run the risk of being canceled. In that case, you will be sent an email confirming said cancellation.
Confirmation of the reservation: once the initial payment has been made, the reservation will be confirmed instantly and you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your reservation (reservation data, address of the apartment, data of the person of contact etc)
Final payment: the remaining 70% of the amount will be charged 7 days after arrival at the selected apartment.
In case of making a reservation less than 7 days in advance, 100% of the amount will be charged after making it and, likewise, you will receive an email when the payment has already been made with all the details of your reservation.

Normal hours of entry to the apartments: from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Normal departure time from the apartments: Until 12:00.
Both check-in and check-out times will be flexible and negotiable as long as there are no other reservations on the earlier or later dates.

Normal electricity, gas and water produced during the stay will be included in the rental price. The accommodations are cleaned before each entry of a client, and will be provided with a set of sheets and towels per person.
We do a cleaning service and a change of the set of sheets and towels if your stay is seven days or more. However, if your stay is less than seven days, we also offer an additional cleaning service and change of towels and sheets if requested for the price of €25.
On the day of departure, the client must leave the house in acceptable conditions of order and cleanliness.
Pay special attention when making a reservation in our apartments, since, as we inform you in the reservation details, some of them have an additional cost of €25 for final cleaning excluded from the price of the reservation. which will be charged to your credit card.


Please remember that the amounts paid for the reservation will not be refunded or transferable. Grupochinitasurban will only accept cancellations in writing by email or fax, failure to appear on the agreed date without written communication of the cancellation could result in the charge of the entire stay. Cancellations of any kind, including force majeure, will be subject to these cancellation conditions. In any case, Grupochinitasurbam recommends always taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid problems.

Travel insurance

It’s hard to believe it’s going to happen to you, but even the most perfect plan can sometimes go awry. We recommend that you take out travel insurance when you travel. You have at your disposal a multitude of rigorous and quality companies in the sector. Do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to advise us in this regard.


In the event that the client decides to change or subsequently modify the entry/exit dates or the number of people staying in a confirmed reservation, Grupochinitasurban undertakes to find a satisfactory solution whenever possible. However, the total price will not be modified in case you want to reduce the days and/or number of people of the previously reserved stay. In the event that a change of ACCOMMODATION is requested, the client must cancel the previously confirmed reservation, accepting the cancellation conditions, and subsequently make a new reservation. For any type of changes or subsequent modifications in confirmed reservations, a management fee of 25 euros will be applied.


If an accommodation cannot be occupied due to a duplication of reservations (overbooking) or due to unforeseen causes not attributable to Grupochinitasurban, it will contact the client as soon as possible and try to find an alternative, making another accommodation with equal or superior characteristics available to them. If the aforementioned option is not possible, or you do not accept the change or modification, the reservation will be canceled and all the amounts paid will be immediately refunded. Subsequent demands or claims by you in these cases will not be admissible.


Any claim or complaint must be communicated immediately to in order to solve the problem. In the event that the claim can be attributed to Grupochinitasurban, Grupochinitasurban undertakes to find satisfactory solutions for customers. In the event that this is not possible, Grupochinitasurban will look for suitable or superior accommodation at no additional cost to the client.
Grupochinitasurban will not be in any case responsible for events unrelated to the company or that are derived from force majeure or fortuitous event, such as:

Complaints or claims will not be accepted once the departure has been made, and therefore all right to compensation or solution will be lost.


The client agrees to respect the rules of the house and especially the hours of rest, it is not allowed to use the apartments for the purpose of party celebrations (whether they are spontaneous parties, bachelor parties, etc …). In no case is it allowed to occupy the apartment for more people than those established in its maximum capacity (except babies under 2 years old). The client also undertakes to follow the instructions for use and maintenance indicated by the company and to respect the regulations regarding noise, garbage collection, normal consumption of electricity, water, etc…
In case of any violation of the obligations mentioned above, Grupochinitasurban by its own criteria has the right to ask the client to vacate the apartment and the client will not be entitled to any type of compensation.

You will be responsible for paying the expenses derived from any damage caused by you or by a member of your group.
